InHabit is proud to announce Evolis Ebene Skies, Mauritus has been awarded the prestigious Gold Rating in the LEED V4.1 Existing Buildings Operations and Maintenance Rating system.

InHabit provided comprehensive green building consultancy and certification management services, supporting both developments through performance assessment, operational benchmarking, and sustainability optimization. The certifications recognize the projects' commitment to efficient building operations, resource conservation, occupant well-being, and continuous performance improvement.

Ebene Skies achieved strong performance across energy efficiency, water conservation, waste management, and indoor environmental quality, demonstrating how effective operational strategies can enhance both building performance and occupant experience.

Nouvelle Usine earned LEED Platinum, becoming the first LEED Platinum Existing Building certified project in Mauritius

Nouvelle Usine distinguished itself through renewable energy integration, efficient building operations, sustainable site management, and robust environmental performance, ultimately becoming Mauritius' first LEED Platinum certified Existing Building.


Together, the two certifications establish a new benchmark for high-performance building operations in Mauritius and demonstrate how data-driven facility management can deliver measurable environmental and operational value.

Ebene Skies  Mauritius has scored a respectable 77 points out of the available 100 points establishing it as a benchmark for sustainable commercial buildings in Mauritius.

Nouvelle Usine,  has scored a respectable 82 points out of the available 100 points distinguishing  as a premier sustainable Co-Working spaces in Mauritius.


  1. Achieved an outstanding Energy Performance score, earning 30 out of 33 available points through continuous energy tracking and benchmarking over a 365-day performance period.
  2. Completed ASHRAE Level 1 Energy Audits to identify operational improvement opportunities and support ongoing energy optimization.
  3. Maintained zero-CFC refrigerant systems, eliminating the use of ozone-depleting substances within building HVAC operations.
  4. Integrated on-site solar energy monitoring to accurately measure renewable energy generation and consumption across the facilities.


  1. Delivered exceptional indoor environmental performance, supported by strong ventilation, air quality, and occupant comfort measures.
  2. Verified fresh air delivery across occupied spaces, with dedicated outdoor air systems exceeding design ventilation requirements.

  4. Installed permanent entryway systems to help minimize the introduction of dust and outdoor pollutants into occupied spaces.
