InHabit has provided green building consultation and ratings facilitation services to Zonasha Frontier, a premium IT commercial development in Bengaluru, Karnataka.


The building has exceeded key sustainability benchmarks in energy, water, waste, transportation, and indoor environmental quality, making it a leading example of high-performance green building operations in India

Zonasha Frontier, Bengaluru, has achieved an outstanding 86 points out of a possible 100 under the LEED v4.1 O+M rating system, making it one of the highest-performing commercial buildings in the region.

    2. High-performance building systems have earned 28 out of 33 points under Energy Performance, demonstrating outstanding reduction in energy consumption.

    2. The project achieved the maximum 8 points under Waste Performance, reflecting its commitment to circular economy principles.

    4. Through effective segregation and diversion practices, the building demonstrates best-in-class waste management performance.
